Remarks
The NameFormat property specifies the format that the Name property is in and the NameQualifier property specifies the ___domain in which the Name property resides in.
The NameQualifier property corresponds to the Format attribute of the <saml:NameIdentifier> element that is defined in the Assertions and Protocol for the OASIS Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) specification.
