To ensure higher availability and visibility:
- Service Health Monitoring: You can check the Azure Service Health Dashboard to see if there were any outages in your region.
- Application Insights / Logging: If you're calling the API via a custom application, consider integrating Azure Monitor or Application Insights to track request failures and latency.
