metadata	dict[str, str] Metadata properties to describe http scale rule. Default value: None
auth	list[ScaleRuleAuth] Authentication secrets for the custom scale rule. Default value: None
identity	str The resource ID of a user-assigned managed identity that is assigned to the Container App, or 'system' for system-assigned identity. Default value: None
