Gets the moniker portion and the ___location portion of the target.

Parameters
dwWhichRef [in]
Type: DWORDAn HLINKGETREF value that specifies whether to retrieve the absolute reference or the relative reference to the hyperlink target.
ppimkTarget [out]
Type: IMonikerThe address of the IMoniker pointer to the target moniker object, if any. If this is NULL, the caller does not receive the moniker to the hyperlink reference.
ppwzLocation [out]
Type: LPWSTRThe address of the ___location portion of the target moniker, if any. If this is NULL, the caller does not receive the ___location portion of the hyperlink reference.
