This method initializes the caller information database associated with the user URI. The VoIP Manager calls this method after obtaining the URI from the Directory Client.

Parameters
- bstrURI
[in] The URI to associate with this database. If a database already exists for this URI, the method re-opens the database. Otherwise, the method creates a new database.
Return Values
The following table shows the possible return value.

| VOIP_E_ALREADYINITIALIZED | The database is already initialized. To create a new database, the application may release the pointer to the database and call CoCreateInstance. |
