测试一个元素在区域设置是否是一个字母或数字字符。

参数

• _Ch
  要测试的字母数字元素。

• _Loc
  包含字母数字元素的区域设置是测试。

返回值

true，如果测试的组件字符是字母数字字符; false，如果未启用。
