在 ISharePointProjectItemTypeProvider 实现的 InitializeType 方法中，处理 projectItemTypeDefinition 参数的 ProjectItemMenuItemsRequested 事件。
在 ProjectItemMenuItemsRequested 事件的事件处理程序中，将新的 IMenuItem 对象添加到事件实参参数的 ViewMenuItems 或 AddMenuItems 集合中。
