参数

• szItemID
  类型：System.String
  [in] 项 ID

• format
  类型：System.UInt16
  [in] 返回数据的格式。

• pGlobal
  类型：System.IntPtr%
  [out] 到项目目录的全局处理。应由调用方释放此全局。

返回值

类型：System.Int32
如果方法成功，则返回 S_OK。如果失败，它会返回一个错误代码。
