第一个种子函数生成从 gen 的后续调用返回的类型 unsigned long 的值 N 值然后扭转发生的大整数值。每个值是 gen() % 2W。
第二个种子功能将最旧的历史值 h[0] 到 x0 mod 2W,然后迭代设置每个连续的历史值 h[i] 到 (i + 1812433253 * (h[i - 1] >;AMP_gt; (W - 2))) mod 2W,范围从 1 的 i 到 N - 1。
