参数

• pszAssemblyPath
  类型：System.String
  该资源将加载程序集的路径。

• culture
  类型：System.Int32
  指定字符串是有效的区域性的 LCID 值。提供值为 0 将选择用户选定的 LCID，当应用程序启动。

• pszResourceName
  类型：System.String
  资源名。

• pbstrValue
  类型：System.String%
  对资源的指针。

返回值

类型：System.Int32
如果方法成功，则返回 S_OK。如果失败，它会返回一个错误代码。
