[in] 指示特性的位置的索引列表。

[in] 指示属性的类型 ATTRVALUETYPE :的实际属性的 VSHAL_Real，显示特性的 VSHAL_Display。
- pbstrValue
类型：System.String%
[out] 对包含属性值的字符串的指针。
返回值
类型：System.Int32
如果方法成功，则返回 S_OK。如果失败，它会返回一个错误代码。
