如果方法成功，则返回 S_OK。返回 S_FALSE ，如果 cookie 的指定数量大于 cookie 的其余数大于;否则，返回错误代码。

如果 celt 参数比剩余的 cookie 数指定更多功能，此方法返回 S_FALSE 并将枚举设置为序列的末尾。
