Parameters

Type: System.String
A string that contains the namespace.
Remarks
Changing the namespace of the reference group changes the name of the directory or moves the metadata to another ___location in the file system.
When the VSHPROPID_ServiceReferenceSupported property of the client project is false or the property is not supported, the method fails.
