This method is used by source components and components with IDTSOutput90 objects whose SynchronousInputID is zero to add a row to an output PipelineBuffer. AddRow can be called only on PipelineBuffer objects whose Mode is Output, otherwise, a NotOutputBufferException is produced by the PipelineBuffer.
