VersionControlLabelExt.OpenLabel 方法 (String, String, String)

打开一个新标签文档窗口将该标签的名称、大小和所有者。

此方法会引发 LabelNotFoundException 或 LabelNotUniqueException，以及其他功能。

打开的 VersionControlLabelDocument。
