PathIntrinsics.PopLocation(String) Method

Definition

Gets the ___location off the top of the ___location stack.

Parameters

stackName
String

The ID of the stack to pop the ___location from. If stackName is null or empty the default stack is used.

Returns

The path information for the ___location that was on the top of the ___location stack.

Exceptions

If the path on the stack does not exist, is not a container, or resolved to multiple containers. or If stackName contains wildcard characters and resolves to multiple ___location stacks. or A stack was not found with the specified name.

If the path on the stack refers to a provider that does not exist.

If the path on the stack refers to a drive that does not exist.

If the provider associated with the path on the stack threw an exception.
