HP Workforce Experience Platform (适用于Security Copilot的 WXP) 插件允许用户查询有关其车队的数据，并快速高效地获得响应。 此插件可以回答有关电脑保修、Windows 11就绪情况、资源消耗的问题。 它还可以回答设备年龄/稳定性/运行状况、安全性、蓝屏和应用性能，包括挂起和崩溃。

在开始之前了解

适用于 Security Copilot 的 HP Workforce Experience (WXP) 插件使用 OAuth 2.0 通过 WXP 服务进行身份验证。 这需要用户凭据进行身份验证。

用户凭据

  1. 以 IT 管理员身份登录到 HP Workforce Experience Platform (https://workforceexperience.hp.com/) 。
  2. 转到“帐户管理”，然后选择“ 用户 ”选项卡。
  3. 在 Security Copilot) 中添加需要访问插件的用户 (用户。
  4. 添加用户时，可以选择 HP ID 或 AAD 的 IDP。 此用户可以具有“报表管理员”或“IT 管理员”角色。

注意

  1. 此用户应是 HP Workforce Experience Platform 中一个客户帐户的一部分。
  2. 无论在用户创建流中选择的 IDP，当从 Security Copilot 触发 OAuth 流时，都需要 HP ID。

客户端凭据

身份验证过程的关键部分是客户端凭据。 可以从 获取 HP WXP 的 https://developers.hp.com/客户端凭据。

  1. https://developers.hp.com/如果还没有帐户，请注册。
  2. 向请求发送电子邮件以 workforceexperience@hp.com 在 PI API 中启用 API 凭据请求访问权限
  3. 或者，从 https://workforceexperience.hp.com/ 创建事例。 在开发人员门户中包括用于注册的电子邮件地址。 此外，请求在开发门户中启用它们。
  4. 生成事例后，最多需要 24 小时才能启用。
  5. 转到 https://developers.hp.com/hp-proactive-management。
  6. 针对 HP Proactive Insights Analytics 选择“获取凭据”。
  7. 在重定向 URL 中，输入 https://securitycopilot.microsoft.com/auth/v1/callback。
  8. 将“客户端 ID”留空。

  11. 将生成 API 凭据。
  12. 若要访问凭据，请单击右上角的电子邮件，转到你的个人资料。

智能 Microsoft Security Copilot 副驾驶®集成配置

  1. 转到 https://securitycopilot.microsoft.com/。

  2. 选择“源”图标。

  3. 在“非Microsoft”部分下，找到插件“HP 员工体验”。

    注意

    你可能会看到两个插件 - 一个用于美国，一个用于欧盟。 根据客户在 HP Workforce Experience Platform 中创建的区域使用插件。

  4. 选择 安装程序。 此时将显示一个弹出窗口。

  5. 输入客户端 ID 和客户端密码。

  6. 出现提示时输入用户凭据。

发生错误

如果遇到错误，例如： 无法完成请求或 发生未知错误，请确保插件已打开。 如果问题仍然存在，请注销Security Copilot，然后重新登录。
