문서 순서에서 첫 번째인 노드 집합 인수에서 노드 확장 이름의 로컬 부분을 반환합니다.

주의
확장 이름은 일반적으로 네임스페이스 URI 또는 연결된 접두사, 콜론(:) 및 로컬 부분으로 이루어집니다. 예를 들어, b:author가 확장 이름일 경우 b는 네임스페이스 URI 접두사이며 author가 로컬 부분입니다. 그러므로 local-name() 함수를 이 노드에 적용하면 author가 반환됩니다. 노드에 author와 같이 확장 이름이 없을 경우 이 노드에 local-name() 함수를 적용하면 author와 같은 노드 이름이 그대로 반환됩니다.
노드 집합 인수를 생략하면 기본값은 유일한 멤버로 컨텍스트 노드가 있는 노드 집합입니다.
