ConfigurationElement에 중복 ConfigurationElementCollection를 추가하려고 하면 예외가 throw되는지 여부를 나타내는 값을 가져옵니다.

이 ConfigurationElement에 중복 ConfigurationElementCollection를 추가하려고 할 때 예외가 throw되면 true이고, 그렇지 않으면 false입니다.
설명
중복 요소를 추가하면 요소 값이 또는 인 경우 CollectionType 예외가 throw됩니다AddRemoveClearMap.AddRemoveClearMapAlternate
