この PropertyValue の値を格納している文字列。

既定値は Empty です。

プロパティに String が含まれない場合は、代わりに Value プロパティまたは Collection プロパティを使用します。

このプロパティの set メソッドは、処理のために次のメソッドを呼び出します。

このプロパティの get メソッドは、処理のために次のメソッドを呼び出します。

このプロパティは必要に応じて OnPropertyValueException を呼び出し、例外を処理します。
