VSWebSite オブジェクトの References プロパティのイベントを表します。このクラスの機能にアクセスするには、AssemblyReferencesEvents プロパティから取得した AssemblyReferencesEvents オブジェクトを使用します。このクラスからインスタンス化しないでください。
