KeyIdentity クラスを使用すると、既定のコンストラクタを呼び出さずに型を作成できます。

この型のすべてのパブリック static (Visual Basic では Shared) メンバは、スレッドセーフです。インスタンスメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
