TrackBar デリゲートを作成する場合は、イベントを処理するメソッドを識別してください。イベントをイベント ハンドラに関連付けるには、デリゲートのインスタンスをイベントに追加します。デリゲートを削除しない限り、そのイベントが発生すると常にイベント ハンドラが呼び出されます。
