FTP サーバーに接続するために使用する ServicePoint オブジェクトを取得します。

注釈
オブジェクトが存在しない ServicePoint 場合は、FTP サーバー用に作成されます。 FTP サーバーで開くことができる接続の最大数を設定するには、このプロパティによって返されるインスタンスの プロパティをServicePoint設定ConnectionLimitします。
