The InitFreeDeviceCreateType4 rule specifies that a driver must call WdfDeviceInitFree if the driver encounters an error while it calls WdfDeviceCreate and if the driver received the WDFDEVICE_INIT structure from a call to WdfControlDeviceInitAllocate.
