RtlLongPtrMult function (ntintsafe.h)

Multiplies one value of type LONG_PTR by another.

Syntax

NTSTATUS RtlLongPtrMult(
  [in]  LONG_PTR lMultiplicand,
  [in]  LONG_PTR lMultiplier,
  [out] LONG_PTR *plResult
);

Parameters

[in] lMultiplicand

The value to be multiplied by lMultiplier.

[in] lMultiplier

The value by which to multiply lMultiplicand.

[out] plResult

A pointer to the result. If the operation results in a value that overflows or underflows the capacity of the type, the function returns STATUS_INTEGER_OVERFLOW and this parameter is not valid.

Return value

Returns STATUS_SUCCESS if the operation is successful.
