A value that indicates whether the ReceiverName is scoped to the global namescope or to the receiver's specific ___domain.
Remarks
The receiver name must be unique within the receiver's ___domain, or globally, depending on the value of the NameScope property. When you create a LocalMessageSender, you must identify the corresponding receiver by name.
