Parameters
pwzNewCacheFilePath [in]
A LPCWSTR that specifies the new file name and path.pdwWinInetError [out]
Address of a DWORD that receives a return code, or zero if the call was successful.
Return value
This method can return one of these values.

Remarks
Microsoft Win32 Internet (WinInet) must be able to delete the old cache file after it moves it to the new ___location.
