Remarks
If RemapPipeNames is set to TRUE, named pipes are always opened using local pipe names. For example, when a client opens "Pipe" on "\\NodeName" the client will actually open "$$\NodeName\Pipe".
By default, RemapPipeNames is set to FALSE.
