IViewChapter enables the consumer to create or apply a view to an existing rowset.
When to Implement
Providers that can do simple post-processing of rowsets, such as applying filters or re-sorting rowsets, support IViewChapter.
When to Call
Consumers call IViewChapter to apply post-processing operations to an existing rowset. The consumer calls IRowsetView::CreateView on the rowset to create a view object, applies post-processing operations to that view object, and then calls IViewChapter::OpenViewChapter to retrieve a chapter handle that reflects the specified view conditions. Any resources associated with the view can be released with a call to IChapteredRowset::ReleaseChapter.
