Property Value
A DateTime that represents the time instant in UTC.
Remarks
The time instant is determined by using the Saml2Assertion.Conditions property of the underlying assertion. If it cannot be determined from this property (for example, if the assertion did not contain a Conditions element), a default value is returned.
Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
