Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	The parameter 'writer' or 'statement' is null.
SecurityTokenException	The SamlStatement is not recognized. Only SamlAuthenticationStatement, SamlAuthorizationStatement and SamlAttributeStatement are recognized.
