Returns a collection of claims extracted from the specified X.509 certificate.

Parameters

certificate
An X509Certificate2 that represents the certificate from which the claims will be extracted.

issuer
The issuer name to be used for the claims.

Return Value

A collection of Claim objects that contains the claims extracted from the certificate.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentException	certificate is null.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
