ProjectFileConverter.FSharpSpecificConversions Method

Performs conversions specific to F# projects (VS2008 CTP -> VS2012) and (VS2010 -> VS2012).

This involves: changing the ___location of FSharp targets, and for 2008CTP, adding explicit mscorlib and FSharp.Core references.

MSBuild is now included in Visual Studio instead of the .NET Framework.You can use MSBuild 12.0 side-by-side with versions previously deployed with the .NET Framework.For more information, see What's New in MSBuild 12.0.

Parameters

  • actuallyMakeChanges
    Type: System.Boolean

    if true, make the changes, otherwise, don't actually make any changes, but return whether you would make the changes

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
Returns true if anything was (would be) changed, false otherwise
