ReadOnlyList<T> Implicit Conversion (array<T to ReadOnlyList<T>)

Returns an implicit conversion from an array to a list.

JScript supports the use of custom casts, but not the declaration of new ones.

    Type: array<T[]
    The array to convert.

A list that wraps the specified array.
