IDTSExternalMetadataColumnCollection100.NewAt Method

Creates a new IDTSExternalMetadataColumn100 at the specified ___location in a collection.

Parameters

  • lIndex
    Type: System.Int32
    The ___location in the index to create the column.

Remarks

This method creates a new IDTSExternalMetadataColumn100 column and adds it to the specified ___location in the collection. If the ___location specified by the lIndex parameter is outside the bounds of the collection, then an Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.HResults.DTS_E_INVALIDINDEX exception occurs and the column is not created.
