Use the Table tab of the Explore Data dialog box in Business Intelligence Development Studio to view sample data from a selected object, such as a table or a view, in a read-only tabular format.
Options

Grid |
Displays the sample data in a read-only grid. Click a column header to sort the grid by that column. Right-click a column header and select Copy to copy the data for that column, or Copy All to copy the data for the entire grid, to the Clipboard. |
