This method enables the caller to retrieve the target of the HTTP operation that is referred to by the current log record.

[out, retval] Points to a VARIANT that should be populated with the target.
Remarks
In order to obtain a meaningful result from this method, the caller must have first used either the ILogScripting::SetInputLogFile or ILogScripting::SetInputServerInstance methods to initialize the log access, and then opened a specific log record with the ILogScripting::ReadLogRecord method.
