The MaxEndpointConnections property specifies the maximum number of "listen" sockets that will be aggregated on a network endpoint. For example, if this value is set to 15, then a maximum of 15 total connections can be made to a single port, even if more than one ___domain is bound to the port.
The metabase represents unlimited as the DWORD value of 4294967295 (0xFFFFFFFF); however, VBScript represents unlimited in hexadecimal format as &HFFFFFFFF. Previous versions of IIS represented unlimited as -1.
