Sometimes, you may want to cancel an item reservation.
To cancel a reservation
From the document line that you want to cancel a reservation from, on the Lines FastTab, choose Actions

, choose Functions, and then choose Reserve.In the Reservation window, on the Home tab, in the Process group, choose Reservation Entries.
In the Reservation Entries window, on the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Cancel Reservation.
Confirm the subsequent message.
