Fault Reason Code Table

Specifies codes that identify the typical reasons for service item faults. For example, dropped, water damage, unknown, and so on.

You can set up fault reason codes to exclude both warranty and contract discounts on the services of service items.

When you have set up fault reason codes, you can assign them to service items in the Service Order window.
