SetPaging Method

Sets the StartingRecord and RecordsToRetrieve properties based on the supplied page number and page size.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	The supplied arguments are out of the valid range.

Both pageNumber and pageSize must be greater than or equal to one.
