Remarks
The IncrementAsyncOperationCounter and DecrementAsyncOperationCounter maintain a running count of asynchronous operations in progress by incrementing and decrementing the AsynchronousOperationsInProgress property. A value of 0 indicates no asynchronous operations are in progress.
