Microsoft might disable Copilot-driven features for selected customers if abuse of the functionality is detected.

What are the limitations of Immersive Home? How can users minimize the impact of its limitations when they use it?

Immersive Home doesn't yet use AI to rank work or identify the most relevant tasks. In this release, it's a surface where tasks from classic workflows blend with activities generated by user-activated AI agents.

When you use the feature, always review AI-generated work items when beginning the tasks.

What operational factors and settings allow for effective and responsible use of Immersive Home?

Effective and responsible use of Immersive Home depends on appropriate AI agent configuration settings, data privacy configurations, content moderation mechanisms, and adherence to responsible AI principles such as fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Users should have clear guidelines on the use of AI agents suitable for their work and understand the importance of critical assessment of the AI-generated tasks and agent execution.

Additionally, system administrators should monitor usage patterns and agent activities to ensure the tool is used as intended and to identify any areas for improvement.
