Resolution
In VerifyPageID function, replace the following code:
EXIT(PageMetadata.GET(PageID) AND (PageMetadata.EntitySetName = TableID));
With the following code:
EXIT(PageMetadata.GET(PageID) AND (PageMetadata.SourceTable = TableID));
