Provides class handling for the MouseLeave event when the mouse moves off the GridViewColumnHeader.

Remarks
This implementation handles the MouseLeave event when the user drags a GridViewColumnHeader with the mouse from its old ___location, to move the header and its column. To handle the event, the Handled property of the MouseEventArgs is set to true.
