TalkDevOps Interview : DevOps Yes !!! But what about ALM and Agile ???

I met Etienne Tremblay during the MVP Days in Montréal and we talked together about DevOps, but also Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Agile !

I asked Etienne how he define DevOps with ALM ? Is it something different or the same thing ?

We also talked about, how Etienne explain DevOps and apply it with a methodology like Agile and Scrum.

Finally we conclude the video with some best practices on how we can start to think about DevOps and Automation.
