To prevent eye fatigue, you should stand up and look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes (a.k.a. the 20/20/20 rule).

The 20/20/20 Rule can be difficult to apply in the "real world". Jack's Perks makes it easy with their online timer. No need to download anything. Simply go to jacksperks.com/timer and click "Begin Countdown". After 20 minutes, a message will appear, letting you know it's time to look away from your monitor.
