INTRODUCTION

When you try to activate Office 2010, you may receive the following error message:

An unspecified error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. (0x80070001)

  First, please don't laugh but I have a Vista 7 Dell desktop and an error 80070001 stopped by system backup.  I have checked the blog but so far nothing as goes back for Vista 7 or maybe I overlook it.

  Correction : Does NOT work with Win 8
