Delete Fax Queue and Restart Fax Service Fix it Live!

We just released another Fix it Knowledge Base (KB) article. This Fix it deletes faxes in the fax queue and restarts the Fax service as described in KB 317450.

  It does not fix the problem. It keeps coming up when computer turned on. Can't reload the program (fax). Too much trouble. Microsoft doing a bad service.

  I ran the fix it.  The fix it says the fax services cannot be stopped.  It then says I may not have sufficient privileges to stop the fax service.  The services says the fax function is stopping.
